Your personal data, which are provided to us by you or your employer, are used by ProQua to inform you about our training courses, services, or products and services of carefully selected organizations. If you do not or no longer wish to receive this information, please let us know. If you receive information by e-mail, you can unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link.
ProQua does not sell personal data to third parties.
ProQua does not provide personal data to third parties unless required to do so by law or unless the person whose data is processed gives their consent for this purpose.

Number of your purchased exam credits and their date of validity

Personal data and data relating to study progress are accessible only to those staff members who are required to have access to them by virtue of their position.
Use of your personal data in connection with administrative processing of your participation.
To send you our newsletter or brochure.
To provide you with the information you have requested and to respond to your queries.
To call or e-mail you if required for the performance of our services.
To inform you about changes to our products and services.
To deliver goods to you.
To comply with laws and regulations applicable to ProQua.
Security and retention period
Your personal data are protected against misuse and access by unauthorized persons through the use of currently available techniques.
ProQua retains your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes indicated above or as long as required by law.
ProQua may retain the personal data for a longer period if there are circumstances that give a reason to do this.
Deletion of the personal data
You have the right of access to and the right to know the origin of the general personal data processed concerning you.
You have the right to request to rectify, supplement, or delete data concerning you, if it is factually incorrect. Your request contains the rectifications to be made.
To be sure that you are the person who has requested access, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request.
On this copy, please black out your passport photo and in the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), your passport number, and, if applicable, your Citizen Service Number (Burgerservicenummer, BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request within four weeks.
You have the right to request to opt out of mail-outs or newsletters from ProQua.
