What does ProQua do?

ProQua is  a specialized supply chain trainer, providing globally recognized supply chain management training and certification programs. We provide the internationally recognized APICS certifications and we are an ASCM Premier Elite Partner.

We offer training programs for both individual professionals and companies.ProQua provides certification and other training courses from ASCM, including:

What is the difference between CSCP, CPIM, and CLTD?

CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional): Focuses on end-to-end global supply chain management — from suppliers to customers. Ideal for professionals managing multiple functions or partners.

CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management): Concentrates on internal operations, demand planning, scheduling, and inventory management.

CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution): Covers logistics network design, warehousing, and transportation management.

Do I need prior experience or education to enroll to one of the certification programmes?

While no formal prerequisite is required, ASCM recommends 3 years of supply chain experience or a bachelor’s degree for CSCP. CPIM and CLTD can be started by professionals at various experience levels.

How long does it take to complete a certification course?

Our instructor-led training courses — offered both virtually and in person — typically consist of 30 or 42 lesson hours (depending on the certification). These sessions are spread over 4 to 6 months. In addition, you should plan for approximately 80 to 150 hours of self-study, depending on your prior experience and familiarity with the subject matter.

Are the ASCM certifications & courses internationally recognized?

Yes. All APICS certifications are globally recognized and accredited by ASCM, the world’s leading authority on supply chain management education and certification.

Can I take more than one certification?

Yes, you can pursue multiple certifications if you wish. However, we recommend first reviewing which certification best aligns with your professional goals. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for a free consultation — we’ll help you determine which training best suits your needs.

Learning Formats

What training formats do you offer? (Virtual, On-location, Self-study, In-company)

  • On-Location Courses: Classroom-based sessions held in the Netherlands
  • Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT): Online sessions with live instructors
  • Self-Study: Independent learning with provided materials

How do virtual instructor-led courses work?

Participants join live online sessions via a virtual classroom platform (Google Meet). Instructors provide lectures, discussions, and interactive exercises — just like in-person training.

Can I switch formats after I register?

This depends on availability and course timing. Contact the ProQua team to discuss flexible options.

What online learning tools are used?

For our ASCM trainings the official ASCM Learning Systems and online study tools are included, providing quizzes, simulations, flashcards, and progress tracking.

Pricing and Registration

What are the course fees?

Are prices listed including or excluding VAT?

All prices are listed excluding VAT. During registration, you will see both the net price (excluding VAT) and the total price (including VAT).

ProQua applies EU VAT legislation on reverse charge in accordance with Directive 2006/112/EC. This requires providing a valid company VAT number for transactions within the EU. For customers outside the EU, a 0% VAT rate is applied under the EU’s export rules.

How can I register for a course?

You can register online through the ProQua website or contact us at [email protected]  directly for assistance. To register online simply visit our Planning page and select your preferred course, and click “Enroll” to access the registration form.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by credit card, iDeal, or bank transfer. An invoice will be provided in all cases.

Do I need to be an ASCM member to take an ASCM course?

Membership is not required, but it provides benefits such as discounts on certification exams and access to additional resources. Your ASCM membership is included in the course price and will be arranged by ProQua.

In-Company / Corporate Training

Do you offer training for companies or teams?

Yes, ProQua offers In-Company Training fully tailored to your organisation’s goals. A KPI-driven competence development approach can be set up in close cooperation with your company, empowering your teams to enhance Supply Chain Management (SCM) performance through measurable, results-focused learning.

To maximise impact, training can be supported by baseline assessments, helping you track progress and clearly demonstrate improvements in team capabilities before and after the training.

Is in-company training available online and on-site?

Yes, our corporate training can be delivered on-site at your organisation, virtually through interactive online sessions, or as a hybrid solution. Each format provides an engaging, practical learning experience tailored to your team’s goals, schedule, and preferences.

What are the minimum and maximum group sizes?

Group sizes are flexible to ensure effective learning and interaction. Typically, groups range from 6 to 15 participants, which optimises engagement, efficiency, and opportunities for networking and peer learning.

Schedules and Locations

When do the next courses start?

Course schedules vary throughout the year, please visit the planning page for the current schedule. If you are interested in an In-Company request or if you have questions about upcoming course date please feel free to contact us on [email protected]

Where are the classroom courses held?

Our open-enrolment trainings are usually held in Eindhoven or Rotterdam — please visit our planning page for the schedule and course locations.

How often are new sessions launched?

Our training sessions are scheduled at the end of each year for the upcoming year. Every six months — or as needed — we review and update our planning to align with participant demand and organisational requirements.

Can I reschedule if I cannot attend?

If you’re unable to attend a session, we’ll do our best to find a suitable alternative date or course, although rescheduling cannot always be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the available options together.

Materials and Exams

What study materials are included?

For ASCM certifications:

  • Textbooks and APICS online access (valid for 12 months)
  • The certification exam and one free retake
  • One-year ASCM membershipOne-year ASCM membership
  • Lunch and refreshments for on-location courses

How do I plan my APICS exams?

You can plan your exam via ASCM testing partner Pearson Vue, here you can also find all the locations where you can do the exam onsite.  Please see link to Pearson Vue

What happens if I don’t pass the exam?

In most of our offers you have a bundle meaning that you are entitled to one exam and one re-take. The re-take comes with conditions, please see more details Exam handbook . We can also help you with buying a re-take or just an exam. Contact us on [email protected] for more info.

Are practice questions and exam training included in the trainings?

Yes. For our virtual and in-person trainings, exam preparation and practice sessions are included as part of the course. If you choose the self-study option, practice questions are provided within the official Learning System to support your exam readiness.

How long will I have access to the online learning platform?

For our ASCM trainings, you will have access to the online learning materials for one (1) year from the date the materials are ordered.

Can I transfer my enrollment to another person?

No, your enrollment and training is personal.

What are the technical requirements for online courses?

You’ll need a stable internet connection, a device with a webcam and microphone, access to Google Meet, and a modern web browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

Is attendance mandatory for certification eligibility?

No, attendance is not mandatory for certification eligibility. However, attending lessons is highly recommended, as it can significantly improve your chances of success.
